Shipping and Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 20 days of your purchase. Please call 1-806-765-9901 to request a return authorization number.

• We can not accecpt unauthorized returns, you must provide the return authorization number to receive a refund.
• After we receive your authorized return item we will apply a refund to your credit card, less any restocking fees.
• A 20% to 50% restocking fee will apply to all authorized return items. Cut to order items, such as our unfinished letters (12", 24", & 36"), will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs on all returned items.
